Art work

I have learnt to do big  lines and be careful and don't  push your paint brush hard on the paper. The hardest part to do was to do my lines straight and look where the line was going.

What I need to work on my own paniting  is to do is to not rush and to take time and be gentle with what i am doing. Doing your best is trying to make your painting better and to make it look realistic

My year Reflection 2014

What did I enjoy?I enjoyed using my netbook because you learn you self.

What did I not enjoy?I didn’t enjoy doing scratch on a ipad because when you draw a line it was wobbly.

Wellingtion

Wellington is the capital city of new zealand, located at the South of the North island.The Cook Strait is near the ferry and sometimes it goes thero it  4 or 5

.In Wellington there are lots of hills and the hemmed surrounds it.Wellington has a behavie that were John Key works.

Cape Reinga

Cape Reinga is the most Northern Point in New Zealand it is a beautiful place to explore.

To look at the top of Te Ika a Maui, Cape Reinga is 500 km from Auckland city.From the lighthouse you can see the Tasman Sea and the pacific Ocean clash in a tidal race.

Abel Tasman

Abel tasman is the top of the South Island. It is between the Golden Bay and the Tasman bay which is near Nelson and the Cook Strait.

The famous man is could abel tasman.He was the first european to see new zealand.He anchored at the golden bay.

Favourite things people like to do over at abel tasman is camping tramp and kayak on a boat.They camp a lot at abel tasman has high mountains.They walk up and walk down and put there tintin and cook their food.

There animals live in the  wild animals and the animals they have there is and pig goats possums,deer.They also have birds.

Miter Peak

Mitre Peak is well known as the peak on the south shore of Milford.They have lost of montints and they are so tall .The area that miter peak is in is called fiordland national park.Montints at miter peak the almost tall as 2000 meters

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Manaiakalani is a group of 11 school in Glen Innes and  Manaiakalani works hard to help the kids and the families learning better. Every year the Manaiakalani school comes together to the  Film Festival to watch all of the 11 schools’ movies. We traveled to Sylvia park in 5 buses to get there fast and to see the people perform.

I really liked The Chase because when Josh pushed his hair it made all the people laugh and class 11 look surprised when they saw it was Josh in disguise.

Now you know Manaiakalani helps the kids and the families learn better and the 11 school comes together and watch the schools’ movies.

Do Your Best At The Test

I am going to explain to you what do you have to do to be ready for an important test.

To do your best at the test you need to have a good breakfast just so your brain can get ready for the day. Some amazing good  things that you can demolish for the morning is weet bix with milk, or nutri grain with a hot cap of milo then you can start your big test with a good brain.

Having a good amazing sleep can be good for your days that is coming up.Sleeping is good for you that it helps you work hard at school  and you will never give up. Also why you need a good sleep is waking you up to a good morning for school.

Now you can see that having a good sleep is good for you and a good breakfast can help you have a good day and do well in your tests.

What a teacher does all day

I am going to explain to you what a teacher does all day.

They have meetings about us kids and talking about our best work that we have done so far.

Going to meetings is all about telling people what we have been learning about this year.

She puts our activity together for us just so we can do our work. Also she puts it on our class

site so we can get it from there.Sometimes she gives us our writing and we go and do it.

So you can see that the things that the teacher does all day is having meetings and putting our activity together.

Sarah C is an artist that lives in Mangawai heads. She begin selling limited edition range on corrugated iron .Suddenly she sold out her painting and more people demanded Sarah C painting. People wanted to hang Sarah C painting on the fence in the garden.

Superhero Reflection

We have been learning to be creative, use our key competencies, work hard to overcome challenges and help others to be able to share our best. We have written a story and made a MTV to demonstrate this learning. This is a reflection all about my cool learning. I am Amazing!

My favourite movie was Angels movie because it had a crazy dance.

The reason why that movie was so good was because It was so creative.

The best part of my movie was The new things that we have did.

The best thing about my group was that they was make good animation about their movie.

My movie could have been better if I have put in different things in my movie.

My favourite book is going to be Captain America because he was the first Avenger to hop in the team.Maybe the end is going to end like this - he is going to die. On the first chapter, Captain America told his men, "Off you go to fight." The other one is star wars.It is not real my type but I still like it.

A topic sentence is the first in your paragraph .It tells your audience what the paragraph is all about .In this activity I have found the topic sentences and put the other sentences in order.

Empathy

Empathy is caring about and understanding exactly how someone else is feeling. Caring about other people is important because it makes them feel better. Understanding how someone else is feeling makes them understand how empathy works and they will be kinder too.

Eating Healthy

It is important to eat healthy food because our bodies will be healthy.Healthy food comes from the grounds plants and animals.

Our food goes in our mouth then we chew it and it goes down our oesophagus.Then it goes to our stomach and our stomach makes it into small piece so  it goes down to our small intestine .After that it goes to our bigger intestine.

If you choose to eat healthy food you will have good energy  be  strong be fitter and improve your brain power.

Good choices for healthy for healthy foods are vegetables fruits milk and eggs .Also lean meats like chicken or fish can be healthy too.

Unhealthy food includes foods like lollies fish and chips  fizzy drinks and many snacks we find in packets .It is important to make good choices and save unhealthy food can lead to sickness, diabeties or heart attack.

  

School Camp

My favourite thing is doing swimming because  i can get warm in the pool.I dont like putting up the tents because i dont now how to do it and my mum says just look and waceh and learn.

Being nice

Today we did a activity about being nice.We went around the class and ask people if we can do some thing on the back.

The Commonwealth Games

The commonwealth games helps to develop friendships and togetherness.                                       You could be kind and work together, it is all about  being kind and helpful. Togetherness is like loving other people and being happy to one another. Spots help to develop friendship and togetherness.The games is all about meeting different people all around the word. My mum does not teach spots but she goes to church and worships god.Even people at church gives a bag so we could give some money for people up in heaven.

The world’s fastest person is Usain Bolt from Jamaica. People all around the word comes to see Usain Bolt. He learnt to run when he was at school. His team Jamaica, with a baton in hand have to run 4 times 100 meters. They need to pass them the baton and they run to the next runner and keep going until the 4th person sprints to the finish line to get a gold medal.

New Machine

My machine is called Reverse Tricycle. It is used for cooking, it is made out of wood and metal. It has many special features.You can control it by talking to it. Everyone can have one in their kitchen. It is better than any person cooking because a person might not cook properly. The reverse tricky always cooks food properly.The food tastes like amazing steak. Dessert is lolly cake with ice cream. Everyone should have one because it cooks it for you and saves you money and time.

If i could fly

Tumbling I got  myself ready to take of.I almost  hit the tree but i miss it.If i could fly i could see the water and the mountain.It will be freaky  and scary if it was real.It was the end of flying in the sky for me.

With supersonic speed the pilot was showing off to the other aviators.`The army was so powerful, that no enemy could defeat them. With great skill, the pilot made it safely back to the ship.
