I am going to explain to you what do you have to do to be ready for an important test.
To do your best at the test you need to have a good breakfast just so your brain can get ready for the day. Some amazing good things that you can demolish for the morning is weet bix with milk, or nutri grain with a hot cap of milo then you can start your big test with a good brain.
Having a good amazing sleep can be good for your days that is coming up.Sleeping is good for you that it helps you work hard at school and you will never give up. Also why you need a good sleep is waking you up to a good morning for school.
Now you can see that having a good sleep is good for you and a good breakfast can help you have a good day and do well in your tests.
